Terms and Conditions of Use

Access to and use of twodoorlogistics.com implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions set out here. If you don't agree, please refrain from using the site.

This is an English translation of our Terms and Conditions for the convenience of our foreign clients. Two Door Logistics is a Mexican company subject to Mexican law; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version governs.

1. Site owner

The site twodoorlogistics.com is operated by 2DL Sociedad Limitada de Capital Variable ("Two Door Logistics" or "2DL"), with address at Calle Circuito del Sol #1, Colonia Colinas del Sol, C.P. 76903, Corregidora, Querétaro, Mexico and contact email info@2dl.com.mx.

2. Purpose and scope

The site's purpose is to present the services offered by Two Door Logistics, including customs brokerage, customs consulting, foreign trade compliance audits, national and international logistics, cargo transportation, freight forwarding, and importer of record services, and to facilitate commercial contact with interested companies.

The information published is informational in nature and does not constitute a binding offer of services. All contracting is formalized through the specific agreement signed with the client.

3. Acceptance of terms

Use of the site implies knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice. We recommend reviewing both documents periodically, as they may be updated without prior notice.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the site in accordance with applicable Mexican law, morality, good customs, and public order. The following is prohibited:

  • Using the site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that could harm the image, interests, or rights of Two Door Logistics or third parties.
  • Attempting to access restricted areas of the site, computer systems, or databases without authorization.
  • Introducing viruses, malware, malicious scripts, or any element that could alter the site's operation or infrastructure.

In the event of a discrepancy between what's published on the site and signed contracts, the contract prevails.

Two Door Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, indicating the date of the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a modification is published implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States. For interpretation, execution, and compliance with these terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Corregidora, Querétaro, Mexico, waiving any other venue that might correspond to them by reason of their present or future domicile.
