How we coordinate ground transport at 2DL
To move your cargo from the port or customs to your plant, we coordinate the transfer with certified carriers from our network in each corridor. If the cargo is an import, we wait for customs release before confirming the service, so the truck arrives once the goods are actually ready.
Tracking runs on real-time GPS. We notify you when the truck leaves the port, when it enters the federal highway, and when it reaches its destination. If there's a delay from road conditions or a checkpoint inspection, we tell you before any delivery deadline is at risk. Delivery confirmation is documented with stamp and receiver signature.

Under normal conditions, 18-22 hours in transit. With a coordinated delivery appointment, the door-to-door time from customs release is 24-36 hours.
Do you handle refrigerated or oversized cargo?
Yes. For that type of cargo we coordinate with specialized carriers from our network, including flatbeds and reefer units. It requires a specific quote with at least 48-72 hours' notice.

Yes. If your cargo arrives by port or border crossing, we coordinate customs clearance and ground transport as one integrated service. A single point of contact for the entire process.
