Privacy Notice

This is an English translation of our Privacy Notice for the convenience of our foreign clients. Two Door Logistics is a Mexican company subject to Mexican law; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version governs.

1. Identity and address of the data controller

2DL Sociedad Limitada de Capital Variable ("Two Door Logistics," "2DL," or "the Controller"), with address at Calle Circuito del Sol #1, Colonia Colinas del Sol, C.P. 76903, Corregidora, Querétaro, Mexico, is responsible for processing your personal data. 2. Personal data we collect

Depending on your relationship with us (client, prospect, importer, exporter, or website visitor), we may collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identification data: full name, job title, official identification when required for customs procedures.
• Contact data: phone, email, WhatsApp, company address.
• Company data: business name, tax ID (RFC), importer/exporter registry, tax address, industry sector.
• Operational data: shipment documentation, COVE, pedimentos, description and value of goods, customs regime, applicable Incoterm, port or customs office of entry/exit.
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time on site, and traffic source (see Section 8).

Two Door Logistics does not collect sensitive personal data (health, biometric, ethnic origin, religious beliefs) to provide its services.

3. Purposes of processing

3.1 Primary purposes (necessary)

We process your personal data for the following purposes, necessary for your relationship with Two Door Logistics:

• Handling quote and commercial information requests.
• Providing customs clearance, customs consulting, foreign trade compliance audits, national and international logistics, cargo transportation, and importer of record services.
• Formalizing and fulfilling service contracts.
• Complying with obligations before Mexico's tax authority (SAT) and the National Customs Agency (ANAM) related to customs operations.
• Coordinating with customs correspondents, shipping lines, carriers, and cargo agents to execute the operation.
• Billing, collections, and accounting management of the business relationship.
• Responding to requests from competent authorities (SAT, ANAM, judicial authorities).

3.2 Secondary purposes (optional)

Unless you object, we may process your data for:

• Sending commercial communications, regulatory updates, and case studies.
• Service satisfaction surveys.
• Internal statistical analysis to improve our services.

If you don't want your data processed for secondary purposes, email info@2dl.com.mx with the subject "Opt-out of secondary purposes." Your opt-out won't affect any services you've already contracted.

4. Transfers of personal data

Two Door Logistics transfers personal data to the following third parties, under the cases provided by the LFPDPPP that don't require your consent (Article 37):

Outside the cases above, we don't transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.

5. ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

As the data owner, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data Two Door Logistics holds about you and learn the details of its processing.
• Rectify your data when it's inaccurate or incomplete.
• Cancel your data when you believe it's no longer needed for the stated purposes or the contractual relationship has ended.
• Object to the use of your data for specific purposes.
• Withdraw the consent given for processing your data.

Procedure to exercise ARCO rights

Send your request to info@2dl.com.mx with the subject "ARCO Request," including:

1. Full name of the data owner and a way to receive a response.
2. A copy of valid official identification proving your identity (or a simple power of attorney if acting through a representative).
3. A clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the related personal data.

We'll respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receiving your request. Withdrawing consent may make it impossible to continue providing the contracted service, except where the law requires us to retain the data (for example, tax records that must be kept per the Federal Tax Code's retention periods).

6. Limiting use or disclosure

Beyond the procedure in the previous section, you can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by:

• Registering with Mexico's Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP), run by PROFECO: rpc.profeco.gob.mx.
• Requesting to be added to our "Advertising Opt-Out List" by emailing info@2dl.com.mx with the subject "Opt-Out Registration," to stop receiving promotional information about our products or services.

7. Security measures

Two Door Logistics has implemented reasonable administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access, in accordance with Articles 19 and 20 of the LFPDPPP. In the event of a breach that significantly affects your rights, we'll notify you immediately.

8. Use of cookies and similar technologies

The site twodoorlogistics.com uses cookies and similar technologies to improve the browsing experience and gather anonymous usage metrics, including Google Analytics analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the site's functionality.

9. Changes to this Privacy Notice

Two Door Logistics reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. Updates will be posted on this same page, indicating the date of the most recent change.

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may contact Mexico's National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI): home.inai.org.mx.
